Club Challenge Cup Series
The Club Challenge Cup Series is aimed at our beginner gymnasts and is a good introduction to the world of competitions

There are three levels ranging in difficulty with the highest level move being a tucked front somersault

Each routine consists of 10 skills and is performed twice at competition which is a brilliant experience particularly for our younger gymnasts in a more relaxed environment

They are also encouraged to meet the range and conditioning standards required for progression
Regional Challenge Cup Series

There are 4 regional competitive levels in this series consisting of 2 complete routines of 10 skills. The first routine consists of required elements and the second has a minimum degree of difficulty depending on level

At each of the 4 levels throughout the Regional Challenge Cup events, two gymnasts per category from each region will qualify to represent their region at the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Final

All gymnasts are required to meet minimum requirements of the range and conditioning physical preparation
League Series
The League is a national competition held all over the country

This competition consists of 4 qualifiers and the League finals

A basic set routine must include a minimum of 6 somersaults

To qualify for the finals you must be 24th or higher in the league table. To be on the league table you must score points based on when you place ranging from 100 points for 1st place to 1 point for 24th place
