Nicky Malone

Level 2 Coach, Club Judge

As a young girl Nicky competed for Sussex Martlets for 14 years and moved on to coaching after having her children.  When she was unable to jump, she used to dream of trampolining and can still be caught having a bounce today!

She enjoys seeing the children learn and mastering new moves - the joy on their faces is so rewarding!

Away from the sport, Nicky spends time with her family and also enjoys gardening

Kirsty Cuthbert

Level 2 Coach

Cover Coach

Kirsty was first invited to join the club at a recreational session at the age of 10.  She started coaching the youth and was competing in national competitions by the time she was 14 and became a fully qualified cooach by the age of 18.

Due to work commitments and niggly injuries she had to stop competing but went to the Men's finals at the London Olympics in 2012 and was inspired to get back on a trampoline! Although she no longer wants to wear a leotard she still enjoys being involved in the club that gave her so much when she was younger.

Leadership Academy

Our young leaders follow the British Gymnastics Leadership Academy programme.  This offers our members aged 11 and above the opportunity to develop their leaderships skills as well as being role models for our club.

Some of our young leaders are also qualified as proficiency coaches and assist the coaches with the recreational sessions
