Squad sessions are invitational only
We aim to provide opportunity for every gymnasts to progress to their individual level.
Our sessions are inclusive to all and we aim for our gymnasts to have fun whilst learning necessary skills and training in a safe environment

Recreational Trampoline Sessions
Recreational trampolining is a fun one hour trampoline session suitable for all. Gymnasts will learn basic skills with opportunity to progress through the British Gymnastics proficiency award scheme.

Monday 4.30pm - 5.20pm 5.20pm - 6.10pm
Wednesday 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday 4.30pm - 5.20pm 5.20pm - 6.10pm
